Tickets
All Tickets will be Held at the Door for pick up on the evening of the event at Frederick P. Rose Hall, Home of Jazz at Lincoln Center, Broadway at 60th Street. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. The program will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m.

TICKET NOTE: Underwriters should indicate the number of
tickets required. Each ticket decreases the amount of your tax-deductible gift
by $75 for each adult ticket and $50 for each student ticket.
TAX NOTE: The balance of the donation is a tax-deductible
contribution and may qualify for a corporate match. Additional
contributions are fully tax-deductible.
